Obfuscate what, exactly? And to what end?
Groklaw articles cannot possibly obfuscate things that are going on in a court of law, none of the articles would be or are evidence that the court would or could even consider.
So, outside of the court room, in the land of general public opinion, what possible use would so-called "obfuscation" be for the companies being falsely accused by SCOXQ.PK?
About the only thing I can see that happened, is SCOXQ.PK and their supporters and "dark masters" got all butthurt because their obfuscation and lies, as the following made up example clearly shows:
SCOXQ.PK: "Linux infringes on our copyright!"
Linux users: "What copyrights?"
SCOXQ.PK: "We can't tell you, it's a trade secret, sign this NDA!"
Linux users: "F*ck you, @#$%s, take me to court!"
SCOXQ.PK: "No, we have already taken IBM, Bank of Amer--er--Daimler Chrysler and AutoZone to court! That will teach you! Pay up!"
Linux users: "Why are there no copyright infringement claims in SCOXQ.PK vs. IBM?"
SCOXQ.PK "You'd better pay up, or we will be very very cross with you, Mister!"
Linux user: "Go pound sand down a rat hole, you psycho!"
Groklaw (and others) exposed SCOXQ.PK's outrageous claims and outright lies, preventing SCOXQ.PK's planned reign of litigation terror from coming to fruition. So now, Groklaw is their bitter enemy that kept them from making bazillions, or so SCOXQ.PK and their supporters think.
Maybe, just maybe, it would have been better if SCOXQ.PK had actually had evidence of their claims *prior* to launching their litigation reign of terror. However, there was no evidence to be had, and Darl and company knew it all along. That's why the got so butthurt when they got their little scam exposed. Boo f*cking hoo! F*cking scumbags!"
