What is he trying to insinuate? Lord only knows. His idiot hero Kevin McBride, aka Skyline Cowboy, has spent a lot of time and effort trying to claim that IBM is behind Groklaw. Now wee "Dan" is suggesting that because PJ met a guy who later worked for Novell that this means something. What, exactly, it is supposed to mean is anyone's guess.
Meanwhile, Novell apparently has nothing to hide, what with suggesting to the Supreme Court in their petition that they read Groklaw.
This greasy little cockroach "Dan" is also inextricably linked to Kevin McBride's stalking and libel site, skylinecowboy.com, what with Kevin providing links to Dan's sites (we all know that "Dan" is the alter ego/girlfriend of "Kenneth R Saborio) in his bounty listing for Groklaw.
Kevin McBride, aka Skyline Cowboy, has also posted links to Dan's posts here on his Twitter account, further showing that the two are connected.
So SCO's former CEO Darl McBride, his brother Kevin McBride and Kenneth R Saborio are all inextricably linked to a campaign of libel, stalking and harassment.
Happily, Kevin McBride is such a woefully incompetent fumbler (on top of being a shameful coward) that he attempted (badly) to register a trademark for "Skyline Cowboy, LLC", which showed up online, piercing the feeble veil of anonymity the deplorable cowards were hiding behind.
This directly connects the McBrides to Saborio's efforts to imitate a *company* by buying their old domain, creating a site replete with the company's content that he got from the Internet archive, and then posting to web sites *as that company* as part of a campaign to libel and slander critics of SCO.
Because they are a pack of imbeciles, they have decided to expand their campaign of libel to include Claybrook. They have already libeled Novell and a federal judge (and his entire former firm) by suggesting that Novell bought favor from him by doing business with his firm years before he left and became a judge.
So Kevin McBride, Darl McBride, and "Kenneth R Saborio" (and his alter egos) have conspired together to anonymously libel, stalk, harass and slander IBM and Novell execs, federal judges, law firms, and private and public individuals.
McBride lied to the USPTO, saying that "Skyline Cowboy, LLC" existed when it doesn't. He no doubt is also on the wrong side of the law in that state for presenting himself as a bounty hunter and offering money to people who aren't licensed to stalk and harass private individuals who have no outstanding warrants or any legal reason to stalk them.
